Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For custom upholstery or handcrafted furniture, lead times typically range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer international shipping for home accessories?
Yes, we ship our smaller decor collections worldwide. Larger furniture pieces are currently restricted to the continental United States and Canada due to freight limitations.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture items, and custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
How can I track my white-glove delivery service?
Once your order reaches your local delivery hub, our white-glove partner will contact you via text or phone to schedule a specific 4-hour delivery window. You will receive a tracking link via email.
Are your wood and stone products covered under warranty?
All Nook Collections furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. As natural materials, variations in grain, color, and texture are expected and not considered defects.
What payment methods do you accept for high-value orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger interior design projects, we also offer financing options through Affirm and accept direct wire transfers.
